SERVICES

WE APPLY LEADING EDGE TECHNOLOGIES TO CONTAINERS CARRYING FRUITS AND VEGETABLES, MAXIMIZING IT'S FRESHNESS DURING OCEAN VOYAGE. TO ACHIEVE THIS, WE OFFER TWO MODERN TECHNOLOGIES:

CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERE

TECHNOLOGY AnD NATURE IN PERFECT HARMONY

Our Controlled Atmosphere system delivers reliability, availability and maximization of each product freshness, without the need of a special container nor logistics. High performance on all your shipment, shipping lines and ports.

The system is composed by a strict leak test, sealing curtains, technical advise and an award winning Plug & Play controller which can be easily placed in any reefer container.

As a result, a Liventus® equipped container can control the container’s interior temperature while Liventus® controller constantly adjust its inner carbon dioxide and oxygen levels. Consequently, fruit will be kept  “dormant” throughout its ocean voyage and will reach its market as fresh as on its origin.

THE CONTROLLER

Designed with innovative and efficient technology. All of it's sensors work together during container transit, to keep fruit in optimal conditions.

Loaded with a large battery, able to keep the controller working for up to 55 days. This allows the system to work continuously not depending on the reefers energy.

An airtight container is easily equipped with a Liventus® controller. This unit is placed on a protected space of a previously installed Liventus® blank panel. Liventus® controller remains in the panel throughout the container’s ocean voyage.

During the trip, an electronic valve occasionally opens, enabling precise amounts of CO2 to be removed from inside the container, maintaining  each cargo in its optimum condition.

Prior to each container voyage, the controller is programmed specifically for the fruit to be shipped. Once at destination, controller downloads all its trip data to our engineering center.

SISTEMA TECTROL

MODIFIED ATMOSPHERE

 ZIPPER MAP Tectrol® system

We offer a simple, applied technology solution for fresh fruit pallets. Our Tectrol® system allows a stable atmosphere to be maintained for longer periods of time through balancing the O2 and CO2 levels inside the sealed pallet units.

EASY TO IMPLEMENT

Hermetically sealing pallets with this technology is quick and easy, thanks to the Tectrol® bag’s innovative zipper. The operation can be performed by virtually anyone with the proper instructions

CO2 INYECTION

Once the pallet has been sealed in a Tectrol® bag, CO2 is injected, which, together with the O2 already present, creates a properly balanced atmosphere that keeps the fruit fresh throughout its journey.

TECTROL® BAG WITH AN INTELLIGENT SELECTIVE-PERMEABILITY MEMBRANE

We seal the shipment in a patented bag consisting of a special membrane that maintains the oxygen and the carbon dioxide levels stable and that can regulate these gases during temperature breaks, allowing the fruit to breathe naturally.

our Engineering center: Liventus LAB®

In this facility we manage the following processes:

CONTROLLER ASSEMBLY

Here we put together the most modern components imported from Asia, so we can build our Liventus® Controller.

COMPONENTS CHECKING

Each controller returning from a trip, is disassembled to check all of its internals. This way we can be sure everything is working perfectly, before we send them to a next rip.

TRIPS DATA DOWNLOAD

When cargo reaches destiny, all of the readings ® caught by the sensors during voyage, are encrypted and sent to our engineering center. With this data, we can be aware of the gases behavior during transit, providing a graphic chart as the result.
